Glass Land Acquisition has participated in numerous Local, Regional, and Nationally significant Transit Projects. Services include property identification, corridor alignment analysis, relocation plans, public meetings / workshops, cost estimates, transit station site selection, funding strategies, encroachment identification, and other key services necessary to complete planning studies.
Additionally, Glass Land Acquisition has provided rail corridor surplus property inspections for leased rail sites. All Glass Land Acquisition Right of Way agents are certified in Contractor Safety by the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (RTA).

South Florida Rail Corridor Property Management Consultant for Tri-Rail / South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA)
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a prime consultant, provides services including, but are not limited to: identifying and resolving encroachments along the 73.6 mile corridor, legal/litigation support and the sale or lease of properties along the corridor that are not needed for Tri-Rail, Amtrak and CSXT uses or transportation mitigation needs within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
General Planning Consultant Services Tri-Rail / South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA)
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a subconsultant, provides services including, but not limited to: project cost analysis, alternatives analysis, land use analysis, right of way cost estimates, relocation impact analysis (NEPA process), public involvement and Transit Oriented Development documentation/analysis. The study is managed by the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) and encompasses areas surrounding the South Florida Rail Corridor in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.
South Florida East Coast Corridor (SFECC) Transit Analysis Study (TAS) in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a subconsultant, provides services including, but not limited to: right of way cost estimates, relocation plans, public meeting support, utility usage inventories, outdoor advertising sign inventories, public/private lease inventories, encroachment inventories, Transit Oriented Development documentation and analysis, Community Redevelopment Agency documentation and analysis, right of way advance acquisition prioritization strategy analysis and expert consultation pertaining to Federal and State land acquisition and relocation assistance programs. This 85-mile corridor analysis study considers transit improvements for various alternatives including usage of the railway mainline and other transit corridors within one (1) mile of the Florida East Coast (FEC) corridor from downtown Miami to Tequesta. Right of way acquisition and relocation is anticipated for constrained corridor areas, station area sites, maintenance and operation facility sites, drainage requirements, east/west connections and required sidings. The services provided were in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 (Uniform Act), as amended, and FDOT procedure.
Rapid Transit System Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a subconsultant, provided services including, but are not limited to: right of way advance acquisition prioritization strategy analysis, right of cost estimate analysis, relocation analysis, public meeting support and expert consultation pertaining to Federal and State land acquisition and relocation assistance programs. The services provided were in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 (Uniform Act), as amended. This twenty-four (24) mile corridor analysis study considers transit improvements on five (5) alternates crisscrossing the City of Jacksonville, Florida.
US-1 Exclusive Buslanes PD&E Study
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a subconsultant, provided services including, but are not limited to: corridor analysis, public involvement, social impact analysis, land use analysis, right of way cost estimate development, encroachment inventory and expert consultation pertaining to Federal and State land acquisition and relocation assistance. Services for this 19.5-mile corridor were provided in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 (Uniform Act), as amended, and FDOT procedure.
North Corridor Metrorail Extension Miami-Dade County, Florida
Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc., as a subconsultant, provided services including, but are not limited to: right of way cost estimates, relocation plans/analysis and expert consultation pertaining to Federal and State land acquisition and relocation assistance programs.
Services for this 18-mile corridor were provided in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 (Uniform Act), as amended.
